Hi there, my name is Matthew Wheeler. I'm a Charlotte, North Carolina based web developer. I lend my skills to improve your internet experience. I like to dig in the dirt, too.

Education

I attended York College from 2002-2006. As a student there I learned the history, theory and application of Graphic Design.

During 2009-2011, I attended The Art Institute of Seattle where I learned a strong foundation in usability, information architecture, web programming and interface design.

In 2011, I completed an iPhone & Cocoa Development certificate program at the University of Washington.

Professional

I worked for DXagency as a web developer from 2011-2014. There I developed, deployed and supported content-driven, media-rich web sites and applications.

Prototyping

My Front-End framework of choice for prototyping is Foundation by Zurb. I also like using my own responsive template derived from Foundation.

Devflow

My current Front-End Development workflow consists of Sublime Text, Git/Bitbucket, Less, Photoshop.
